NO REFUND GIVEN FOR THE DAMAGED PRODUCT

Name of company/service: Yepme

I had ordered a textile products from Yepme in the month of July, But they sent a damaged product. Then I have been following up with them for the return of the product and cashback, whenever i call them they are like your request is in progress,I called them almost 10 times but here i havent received any credit. Agents are rude and lack information. I am tired and helpless. I dont know what to do. its more than 30 days now. Please help me. My OrderId is 2634970 ..MOB: 7204614261
