Name of company/service: orien tele services pvt ltd. v care pack
I bought a new mobile worth Rs 25000- in june 2013 and
bought a V-Care pack which says we protect your phone
from Water & physical damages. for this service I paid Rs
1,400/- extra.
Few days back display of phone was broken. I
submitted my phone on 19.07.2013 to get it rectified. I am
calling them every day and same answer that your phone
still in service center, they are not committing me
anything.
Their policy says they will take 7-14 days to rectify the
complaint. In case part is not available in market or
otherwise time can be extended. Its around a month
and I haven’t received my phone.

please suggest a course of action.
