false postpaid plan

postpaid plan committed is in 199 fix rental 21000 second talk time given+200 sms and after finishing of this given talk time i will be charged 10 paise/min for idea to idea and 40 paise/min for idea to other (also told that try this card for one month if you don’t like you can discontinue) but actual plan is only 12000 second free given and after that they are charging me 1 paise/second that is 60 paise/min now when iam saying to discontinue and close the card they are saying that after 90 days only you can discontinue which is not fare and is frustrating
