Excess of charges

Name of company/service: Airtel

I am one of the very disappointed customers of Airtel who had been using Airtel for a very long time and it is recent notice that had come to me, where the money eaters Airtel had charged me excess of charges for using internet which actually had not been used by me. I had been giving complaints for the same with the reference# 51184843 & my mobile #9663314675. But every time I get same statement from Airtel of blaming for the usage which never happened from me. I humbly request somebody to help me out in this case.
