I had purchased ‘Micromax A51 Bolt Mobile’, Order no. 926771133 and sub-order no. is : 59322507 on June 21, 2013.
But do not received any delivery and no refund. I have approached several times on their Customer Support as well as submitted tickets for some help.
But no response till today.
I am very frustrated with services of Homeshop18.
Please resolve this ASAP.
i cancelled my yepme replacement order at 20-07-2013 and i kept for refund money but till now they are not responding i never seen this much of irresponsible website which will never take the complaint of customer seriously.till now it had been completed 25days but i dint received the refund money.daily im calling to yepme customer care service and they are saying wait for 2days u will receive ur refund.till last 15-20 days they are saying like this only please pass this to their customer service and refund as soon as possible. my order no:-2634973
