5 months old number is de-activated with immediate effects.

Hello,

I am very irritated now on how Vodafone treats its customers. My 5 months old number (9891285198) is de-activated with immediate effects on the grounds of non-verified activation. I had already gone through so much pain during the portability process which was poorly handled by Vodafone. (https://consumerforums.in/non-activation-of-mnp-number/comment-page-1)

Now after visiting vodafone center zillion times, services to my number are not restored yet and that is costing me a great deal of work and time loss. more over the executives at Vodafone ( be it at vodafone centre or vodafone customer care)do not listen to case and keep on their story instead.

Please pay attention towards the same so that i will be thankful to you.

    I forgot to mention that although my number is 5 month old in vodafone but the digits are with me for the past 8 years so please don’t blow it and activate it as soon as possible so that i can get it ported to some good service provider.

    Executives at vodafone just cant keep their words. After i got a message from vodafone that my number was activated without verification process than i immediately called vodafone customer center, delhi (as i was in roaming that time) regarding my problem. i said whatever be the case i will submit my documents(which i already submitted zillion times) again once i get back to delhi and executive at the other end promised me that services of number wont be stopped for a week and to misery they did stopped it after an hour. Now my number is dead for the past two weeks . I just cant go to vodafone center again and again. if the problem continues than i will go for legal help for sure.
