ATS facility people problem

Hi,
I recently shifted to ATS Advantage Phase II Society in Ghaziabad in a rented flat. My problem is that I have a airtel digital tv connection and facility people in ATS building are not letting me to put my digital tv and reason they are giving is that it will not look good. Also there is no clause mentioned in Home purchase papers that owner or tenant cannot put their d2h antenna, and my Owner has no problem with me putting the antenna.

These people might have taken money from some local cable person and forcing everyone to use that cable(although he provides Heathway connection, but quality does not match my airtel tv).

Also when I tried to get BSNL broadband connection the BSNL guy told me they are not allowing him to give connection in their building. Here also they have taken money or some arrangement they have done with Tata Docomo broadband and I will be forced to use that no matter how bad their service is. For this there is no clause in their sell/purchase papers of home.

My question is that can I go against the ATS in consumer forum on this as they are restricting my freedom to choose the vendor and that too without nay legal authority or legal restriction. Or I have to bear with whatever service they give me.
