Wrong data balance deduction

Location/place: Obedullaganj

Name of company/service: Tata Docomo

I have a prepaid connection of tata docomo which is 7415675075. And i were have 5Gb (2g) data usage remaining on my phone. But on 10-08-2013 they deduct my data balance and said company gives me 1.5gb (3g) data is given to you by the side of company and your previous plan was deactivated.
Now they give my data as well as my money.
