Name of company/service: BSNL

sir, my no is 9406535274 my sim was activated about 3 month ago.. after a few week of activation my balance had been deducted every week about 9 rps dis is unwanted der is no service is being activated i want my balance back and want to banned dis deduction

    I jus got 15 rupees deducted for no reason at all.
