This is regarding the online recharge which was made using the Airtel site yesterday.
I recharged an amt of rs.199 internet plan according to the site mentioned and also a full talktime of rs.200, for both these transactions I received a successful msg n also money had been deducted from my a/c. However only on full talktime amt had got recharged and the internet was done.
Unknowing the fact I started using internet on my mobile and in a few hrs my balance was rs.1. Astonished, I called airtel customer care explaining my issue and since the call rate was 50ps per 3 mins with in 5-6 mins the call was disconnected.
I was told by the executive tht there is no internet recharge available for rs.199, then they should had updated it on time n even today it is still showing the same.
This is really ridiculous, 1st I lost my money using the undated site of AIRTEL, 2nd I was directed wrong on the web site for internet recharge and 3rd why is the customer care money for its services n if the call is discounted then y don’t they help us call us back.
N this is not the 1st time such a thing is happening, 2 months back a similar issue had taken place n I ignored it then. But y should I take it again n again, after all this is my hard owned money.
I never ever expected this from the most reliable mobile service – ‘Airtel’
