9rasa didnt keep their claim

9rasa was boasting in their website that the items ordered will be shipped in 3-4 days. I had placed an order on 20th of july and as I havent received in on time, I had to call their number time to time. The number was a landline number from Delhi, and calling from Bangalore is a costly affair. I had to call 4-5 times just to know the status. Then I got frustrated and asked them to cancel it. Again the refund was told to be made in 7-10 working days. I called after 7th day, they are telling that the payment has been done on 8th of August and till now(August 12th) the amout has not showed up in my account. In the whole process, they didnt not give me any service, but kept my money with them for 22 days. My order amount was for 2349 Rs. If they do it with many orders, they can easily keep a regular pool of money which they dont actually own. With that they can do lot of profitable business, and no credit is given to the people whos money they are holding. At a large scale this could be a significant fraud. People should be careful and aware about their money being used, kept withheld at some place like this, without getting any monetory benifit out of it. I want to get an answer and

1. shouldn’t they be paying the interest for the period they kept my money without giving any service.
2. shouldn’t they pay For the calls I made to collect my money back?
3. They must remove the ‘item will be shipped in 3-4 days’ slogan from their site clearly mentioning the delays. They are misleading the people to buy something which they dont have. And then keep the money people paid long enough to create a transit pool of funds.
