I am extremely disappointed with the kind of harassment i had to go through to get a postpaid sim activated.I first submitted my documents on 19-jul-13,and was asked to re submit again after a week, which i did. Ever since I have been calling the representatives and the managers everyday. Each day they tell me it will get activated the next day. The sim is still not activated. It has been almost a month now, and i must have spent over Rs 500 just on calls to the representatives. Not to mention the time wasted, and the harassment i had to go through for a sim. Very shameful service. Extremely irresponsible, and not expected from a reputed Brand name like AIRTEL.
