new mobile screen display problem

i Had purchased micromax X279 on 21 june 2013 at tinsukia city in assam IMEI 1 No 0911312401565756 ,IME1 2 no 911312401565764 ,battery no S/N:V014911303000000108 charger no S/N: V014911302000032679 has got display problem so early .kindly let me know what to do with the problem.
