I have online purchased DTH. Customer care executive made some false disclosure about the additional benefits along with the connection. When engineers came to install the set top box they were unable to install it properly and made false comments about the TV, stating that our TV is not working properly and we need to get the machine repaired through mechanic. But, TV mechanic said that machine is in good condition and there is some issue with set top box and charged 2000/- . Now when i again called airtell customer care they apologized and have again send their engineers to fix the issue. they have installed the same but picture was not proper and moreover many channels were hanging and there were signal loss for other channels. I tolerated there bad service for 6 months. Now wen i want to permanently surrender the connection they will not refund any amount and will collect set top box, all the wire and dish antenna form my home without paying a penny.
