Dear Sir / Madam,
I am using a BSNL 3g sim for more than last 2 years. Number = 8902266273. Registered in name of Bibaswan Bhowmik, Address = H-6 Rabindra Abasan, Kol = 700082.
Since last month 3g signal is unavailable in my area. I could not access 3g signal using my usb modem. Whenever I contacted BSNL customer care they replied me “Some mantainance work is going on please co-operate, 3g signal would shortly be available”. Lastly when I contacted them on 10/08/2013 they informed me to send an sms to 53733 “HELP 3g”. After sending the sms the reply came “Content: This service is not available for you.sms HELP Planchange/Voice/Sms/Isd to check and recharge various plans available to you.”
For your information data balance in my account is more than 1900 mb and valid till 06/09/13, after that my balance would be gone.
It is my earnest request to you to solve my problem so that I can access my account properly.
