providing radial tyres with tube instead of tubeless tyres

hi,i was purchased a new indica ev2 lx car from Krishna Motors,Chhindwara(M.P)At the time of purchase,i was provided a broshure of car which is indicating d car is having tubeless tyres,& d salesman of the said dealer also told about d same thing,but after a few days i found that all d 5 tyres are radial with tube,& i1 tyre also got bubble in it,when i complain about it to dealer,they refuse to change d tyres & told me this is change made by Tata motors without any prior information,please tell me what shuold i do,,,,thanks
