Im soni. my mobile no. is 9773097491. The complain is such that i took an internet pack of Rs.36 for 7 days .i.e., from 31st july at 1p.m.till 7th August at 12p.m. Internet worked Only 4 days ,the remaining 3 days did not worked. And when i had given complain for that, they told me we will give u extension of 3 days of internet. Till now i didn’t get any reply from their side. And when im calling them for such complain they were saying that we dont have any complain for ur number. I had given complain to them for more than 10 times and they were just saying that ur complain had not registered in our system. They had given me such docket numbers DOC-C-0508123209 DOC-SR-05081514 DOC-SR-020872398 Im dissatisfied with this service. I humbly request you to solve this problem as soon as possible.
