WRONGLY DEDUCTION BALANCE FORM BANK BY VODAFONE

Name of company/service: VODAFONE

Dear Concern
I am Amit Kumar Chanda…..a customer of Vodafone. I want to register a complaint against vodafone customer service………!
The fact is, I recharge online with VODAFONE ONLINE RECHARGE of Rs 25/-, my bank account is also debited, but the recharge balance not have in my mobile (9836637806)….so i just called at Vodafone Customer Care and told the whole matter. The executive said that the balance will refund in your mobile account or the amount will refund to you…but still the amount or balance nothing haIve my me, so i called again in the customer care and this time they telling that no complain has register in your number…..So the amount will not refund…..

I request to you please justified that case and take some action for that…
Its not the first time its happen, but this time i want some action taken from your side. Please register my complaint and kindly do the rest……

    Hello Amit,

    We called on your number but there was no response. We confirm that there is no recharge of Rs.25/- in your account on 08/08/13. Incase the amount has been debited from your bank account, please contact the bank for the refund, since we have not received any success debit confirmation from your banker to Vodafone account.
