Not received signal even on online recharge

Name of company/service: Videocon D2H

I have videocon D2H service. I recharged my pack on 6th Aug 2013 for 1months subscription. But my service was stopped. My customer id is 96908868. I called their customer care. they said sometime it takes some time for top up the account and will be resumed after 36 hours, but it was not success, then I was asked to file a complain and got a complaint No. 179894981 telling that it will take another 24 hours. But it failed, I waited and spoke again to their senior he informed that the complaint was closed and to give email of bank statement and email of successful recharge which I received during the time of recharge. I send the email of recharge to them. The company says that you will get reply within 12 days. My problem may please be looked into to avoid the inconvenient for such a long period.

Kindly help, to resolve.
