wrong deduction of money

Dear sir,
I had a recharge of rs249 on which I got 1gb internet balance but when I use it than they deduct balance from my calling account.And then I register a complain in idea for wrongly deduction on money but they refuse to accept that they may have some technical problem or something else. But instead they blame on me ..thats my case please help me if u can
