Cmj uni shillong – jb college christianbasti ,guwahati based coordinator dr jeherul Islam is not refunding my phd 1st inst (rs 30000) even after my repeated requests(phone /sms) as the uni has already been govt -dissolved .meghalaya govt orders cmj uni shillong to refund money with interest if someone asks for.he gave my course work completion cert.(reg no 80185110100477 dt 12/8/11) though i got exemption from the same due to having my mphil degree .I informed (sms ) about my final decision of getting my money back(ac no sent through sms ) having no future link /coordination through him .have the proper solution pls.
