Dear Sir,
I have bought phone Micromax 110a December 01, 2012.The touch pad is not working, so I tried searching Service Centres from your website & visit there but majority of the centres have closed down for Mircomax phones from 31st July, 2013. Then I was given the address of Mahavir Electronics at Dadar (E), I had submitted the phone on 5th August 2013 and I received jobsheet dated 7th August 2013. I was shocked to know that it takes two full working days to prepare a job sheet if the system is not working.
Further you have published toll free no as 1860 500 8286, which is not free but it charges for every call you make.
The attendees do not answer to queries raised and they disconnect without any responsibility and this happens every time.
You are requested to look into the matter as this adversely affects your image of being the first Indian Smart Phone company.
