Charged for Vodafone Night Minutes without activation or request

Location/place: Pune

Name of company/service: Vodafone

The Vodafone company has activated 200 Vodafone night minutes valid for 30 days without any request for activation and blaming me for activating it.When I called for customer care for deactivation of the service along with refund,the person talked very rudely and suggested me to take the advantage of the service even though I warned him that I will file a complaint in consumer forum,he showed no positive reply.
I hope you’ll take a proper action against this as soon as possible.
