Mobile phone didnt get back from service centre since last two months

Dear sir

i brought new mobile and insured it from vcare after 1 week my phone display is broken so as per my insurance policy they take my phone and give promise that i have my phone in two week but it is almost 2 months i didnt get my phone yet. When i call to their costumer care they allways said it will take 1week. It is happen since from last month. Now i m suffering without phone. Please help me to get my phone which cost (24000)
