I booked the Auxus Nuclea N1 on 13th July, 2013 at 2:13pm. The company was going to start dispatching the phones on 24th July. But the day before the scheduled date i.e., 23rd July, they call me around 9:30pm and promised that it is delayed and they will dispatch it by 26th and it will reach me by 27th i.e, Sat. Again I had to called the courier service to get it delivered. But the company chose the worst courier delivery serivce in the company Aramex. They received at their Bangalore main branch on 29th July 9.44am and their delivery goes out for delivery 3pm still they didn’t deliver the same day. I had to go the courier office next day and had to collect it personally. I was very excited about the product. But when I came home and tried charging for the first time. The charger adapter blew off (short circuited). While the other charger of a different company which was also plugged in normally. So there was no problem with the things in the electric board.
Now I thought this can be one issue, happens sometimes. But in the evening when I tried making a call, I was not able to hear what receiver had to say.
I immediately called them and informed them about the problems I am facing along with the heating of the phone on a slight use. So they asked me to submit the cell-phone to the service center which is 20km from the bangalore city center and they expect me to go there and submit. They agreed to pick it up. and on 1st August, 2013 a guy came and pick it up and what I see was the list of customers facing the same issue and even more. I got a slip saying I will get a replacement or a repaired version within 7-8 working days. But when I called me to inquire them on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday after 6 days of my dispatch which was just hilarious to hear.
I am fed up with it and I want my money back and when I ask for the same, they tell me that 20% i.e, around Rs. 3200 will be deducted if I don’t want the phone back which is nothing but the shipping cost. Today even shipment to foreign countries doesn’t cost you more than 500 and they were sending it through the cheapest service in India.
I want my full money back nothing else. Can you help with this please?
