I RECHARGED MY AIRTEL SIMCARD THAT I USE IN AIRTEL 3G USB MODEM WITH RS 655 PACK IN WHICH I SHOULD GET 3GB 3G DATA AND POST THAT UNLIMITED 2G DATA, BUT, THE 3G SPEED ONLY WORKED FOR ABOUT 5 MINUTES AND SINCE THEN IT HAS BEEN RUNNING AT 2G SPEED. IT HAS BEEN A WEEK SINCE I COMPLAINED ABOUT IT ON CUSTOMER CARE, CALLING THEM DAILY, BUT I HAVE NEVER RECEIVED A CALL FROM THEM AND NEITHER I HAVE GOT MY PROBLEM RESOLVED. IT IS VERY UNFORTUNATE THAT THE COMPANY I TRUSTED HAS BROUGHT ME SUCH A DISAPPOINTMENT. I REGRET CHOOSING AIRTEL 3G OVER OTHER SERVICE PROVIDERS.
