Very Bad Services

Location/place: Mundka, New Delhi

Name of company/service: Tikona Digital Networks (TDN)

I am using Tikona Digital Networks (TDN) internet services last three or four months but only one month came good internet and rest all is very bad. When I am calling them they are taking too long time to response and his chief office language/behaviour is very rude today when I am going to give disconnection request today. They had taken waiver request but still they are not going to give refund. They were saying if you will return our device we will back your installation charges or some amount refund but now they told me: We do not offer those types of confirmation and please read our term and conditions

Installation time they were very good with different term and condition and during disconnection very rude with different term and condition

Please help me!!!
