I buy sim on 14jan2013 and all scaning paper submited 03 time on 14jan,15jan & 16jan2013 but sim outgoing not activated by reliance communication U.P.east.sim recharge rs.96.00,50.00& 24.00.so I want refund recharge money at the earliest.
