Sir,
I have a saving bank account in canara bank, m.i.road branch, jaipur rajasthan having account number 362.101.80763.
I have applied for the atm services from branch they issued me a debit card which was not working. I have make complaints many times everytime they change my card and replied that this will start working in 48-72 hrs but none of the card starts working.
So i had deposit a application for the closure of atm service from my account at the branch.
However they deduct the balance from my account when i approached branch for asking the reply that why my account is debited they do not give the satisfactory reply and told that the card charges are debited to my account.
I request you to look in the matter at earliest.
