Lied about the specification

Name of company/service: Reliance Digital

I have purchased a LED TV from Reliance Digital showroom at phoenix united mall kanpur road Lucknow on 21 july 2013 with order number 0058177646
After getting a strong feedback from the sales team. but they have lied to me on the its HZ part and smart TV part. They told me that it will connect to the internet without any external device. Now after installation i have to know that I have to buy a external device or something to connect to the internet. Secondly they have told me that it is 200hz TV but in reality its just 50 HZ. Now the picture quality is also very pity in even with digital tv.
