I had placed an order on 8th July 2013 for a Philips HP8339 Hair Straightener order number OD30708064030, but I’ve still not received it as of today 6th August 2013.
I had followed up with the flipkart customer service executives around 10 to 12 times. Everytime I have been told that they are escalating the issue to the concerned department and that I’ll receive my order within next 48 hours.
The Expected Delivery Date of the order was 17th July 2013. But I got an intimation from flipkart on 20th July that my Order has been cancelled on my request when I had not placed any request. Next when I gave a call to the customer service I was told that they are re-approving the order, it being a prepaid one and that I’ll receive it by next 3 days.
The website was updated last on 22nd July 2013 with the information that the item has been shipped and is in transit to bangalore.
Since then there has been no update in the website or any sms or email. I was informed that they are not able to track the shipped consignment.
Yesterday [5th August 2013] I wanted to talk to the floor manager but was told that none of them being available, they will be scheduling a call for today at 1pm IST. I didnot receive any call today also.
The customer care is useless and no one knows any information. They are the worst people to provide information.
I request concerned to take necessary action in this regard.
