I had books two ticket on 3rd Dec 2013 for going to New Delhi from Patna, but that train was running 25 hours late. So I didn’t travel in that train & filed TDR at same time. Now they are saying you have to provide any proof that you didn’t travel in that train. I have provided my office attendance sheet through mail, but again & again they are demanding same. They are not refunding my money.
