Complaint on cable operator

Name of company/service: cable operator

Hi, We shifted to Sainikpuri colony last year. We took connection of cable from the local cable operator. We also took a Hathway box and connection from the same operator. From last 3 months our tv isn’t working and inspite of repeated complaints there is no one coming to solve the problem. Please help.
