I had sent a courier with the following details:
Date of dispatch: 26/07/2013

B-607/608, Everest Chambers,
Marol Naka, Andheri-Kurla Road,
Andheri-east, Mumbai-400059.
Destination:Oil and Natural Gas Corporation,Civil Engineering Building,
Cinnamara Complex,Jorhat-785704, Assam, India.
Consignment no: B53920847
While sending the courier , we were not informed that there’s no service available in Johrat-785704.
When I voluntarily called up customer care to check the status of package on 28.03.13, I was informed that there’s no service available in Johrat.
A formal complaint was lodged( complaint no. E300766) but till date i havent received a single update from first flight regarding the status of our package.
I have been calling the customer care on a daily basis around 2-3 times but all in vain.
It’s been 11 days now and the package was supposed to be delivered within 2 days i.e. 28/07/13
This negligent behavior on behalf of first flight is highly unacceptable and unprofessional.
The document is of utmost importance to our company and because of the such delay it reflects badly on our client.
