Name of company/service: panasonic

i bought a A.C of panasonic company , 6 months ago, since that time it is not working properly , it is repaired under warrenty 3 times, but not get satisfactory responce . since last 2 months , it is gone to company for repairing but still not getting feedback from comapnay,
i buy a.c from shop name “A.C point, 80 ft road, kanpur, u.p”. they are not responding on calls, and not doing anything.
i request panasonic to replace my a.c and ask thier dealer “a.c point” why they are not doing anything.
