Unfair Deductions of Mobile Balance

Location/place: HOME No 136 Naval Nagar, Aligarh Road Hathras

Name of company/service: Individual

Dear Sir or Madam
I am a Costume of Airtel Company and my Mobile No. is 9897447131. In this connection i want to say that Airtel co. gives 50 minutes talk-time for airtel to airtel users but when i request to activate this the company deducted 5 rs at the same time and not activated the pack. At that time I had 64.50(approx.) in my account. I continue to call and the deducted my all balance. I didn’t get the benefit of the pack.
So, I request you to refund my balance.
