Misguide regarding services

Dear Sir/Ma’m,
My Complaint is regarding one of Service provider of jobs placement.
I got a call From Arun employee of CV naukri. He asked me to pay Rs 1600 for registration and gave surety for getting an Interview call, amount was reasonable so i decided to pay and register, as i registered, i have to pay more amount for profile verification i.e. of Rs 3300. which i paid because without paying Rs 3300 my registration cannot be completed as he told, again he transfer my call to another dept and this time this person asked me to pay Rs 5000 for social media.It was just about Rs. 1600 which misguide me and asking me to pay more Rs. 8500 and without which my profile cannot be active. I have paid Rs.4900.
kindly help me against this misleading information given by Mr. Arun.

Pls take action and get my money back.

    Hi ,
    this is devesh , sometimes this is happened to occur some misunderstanding with the customer.
    i am also a customer of cvnaukri services pvt. ltd. and they are always contacted me .
    when i confused about the services they provide me the solution and now i have more than 2 opportunities of job. they always in touch.
    so i am happy with that… i think this is new but it is not bad.

    CV naukri services pvt.ltd is a company which is basically a fraudulent job portal site, which claims to be a Naukri.com group company. On 10.9.2013 at 3 pm I have got a call from this company as a followup of Naukri.com, where I have an account already. The executive, Rohit Sharma (919540688743) Manager Mr. Yadav informed me there won’t be any charge at this time, only Rs. 15000/- will be charged from my second salary after getting the job, and required me to register at their site for which I need not to pay anything just only to register my profile through my Credit Card and informed me that all I had to do was only one transaction to register myself, he also informed me that that he is going to block ICICI payment gate way for 15 minute so no charge will be detected from my account, and hence I registered myself.

    Once first transaction (1. Order No. 113904, Amount: Rs. 34102.00/-Date 10/09/2013, Time 16:16:44, Merchant Txn Id :113904, Epg Txn Id :201309104087472) was completed, he asked me to make another transaction (2. Order No. 113909 Amount: Rs. 14554.00/- Date 10/09/2013 Time 16:12:43 Merchant Txn Id :113909 Epg Txn Id :201309104088866) towards education qualification and employment record verification. This was followed by another transition (Order No. 113913, Amount: Rs. 11674.75, Date 10/09/2013, Time 16:12:43, Merchant Txn Id :113913, Epg Txn Id :201309104090016).

    By this time I already got three sms informing me of 3 transactions from my account from HDFC Bank. After checking my HDFC bank account details, when questioned, Mr Rohit sharma informed me that they had in fact got the three transactions and that the amount would be refunded within 30 minutes. This was contrary to what he initially informed me.

    Once I informed Mr Rishi that the process he followed was cheating and I would be going to the police to lodge a FIR and case of cheating, he put me onto his superior, Mr Yadav, who informed me that he would have the entire amount refunded by October 2013.

    I called up HDFC Bank and informed them about this fraudulent transaction and requested to block the payment to Cvnaukri Services Pvt. Ltd., Noida.

    Investigation is going on and FIR is launched
