I am SUDHEER KUMAR ADIMALLA. Am from Nalgonda, Andhra Pradesh, India. I had purchased a CBZ XTREAME on Oct 04, 2011. They had given me extended warranty also. On my last service I notice a huge noise in ENGINE of my bike. So, I ask them to rectify the problem. As I ask them they found some of internal ENGINE parts was damaged. They ask me 1 day time to replace them. They had replaced Bore,piston,Crank shaft. Because of those all new spares they have replaced, they put the valves in some play.
Even though I notice the difference in my bikes ENGINE condition I ask them to check it once again. But they certified that it is in a very good condition. Then I requested the management to call the service Engineer. As I requested them they call him for me. When he had a test drive of my bike, he notice few of my problems. When he was trying to solve here those spares are not available at that time. Then he told them to change them. So, they put PR for that. After 3 days they had replaced those parts and called me to have a drive. When I had the drive. The noise is coming heavely, pickup is verrrrrry pooooor.
Then I talk to that service engineer regarding my problem. Then again he talk to those show room service manager to verify few more things. So, He told me to give me few more days. So I said OK. After 10 days of my waiting, finally they have given me my bike back with charge of Rs.2273. The improvement is very worst than the earlier. Am highly shameful on my part to be a Hero family. Really am very disappointed of very poooooooooooooooooor and worrrrreeeEST service center having in Nalgonda.
Even they don’t have customer values. They are just Money minded management & staff. Unfit technicians and mechanics. From a broken hearted Customer. When I ask the service engineer for this, he talk to the management of that show room. Then they called me and returned my money. From past 2 months am struggling mentally regarding my bikes condition. They are still prolonging my problem. Actually there is no any well trained technicians in that service center. They have certificates of their staff for only AUDIT purpose. Their is no any one. It is not only my problem. This is a whole Nalgonda Hero Customers problem. They are just running worst service center hear.
Am just a looser as being a Hero motor corp Customer.
