Getting too much problem in bsnl broadband.it is not from last 5 year’s every year this happens and many times in year.BB goes out of work and many times not get right speed. Their serivec sucks and most of times local officer’s/workers not do anything and have to complain to Bhopal to their superior’s. In my suggestion ” as was said to chairmain of BSnl in 2009 too ” CLose BSnl or move it to private hands and kick out all emplyoee’s who not do work sencierly. Sorry for bad word’s but they just gives mental stress always .If i can i want i sue them all and bsnl for crore or more for all this mental stress and lack of services from last 5 years or more . This is awful that we are having bsnl line from last 16 years and they not takes actions for fast service on complaints given by old user’s.
