NCC Urban is fraud and cheater builder in Bangalore. I had purchased a flat with this builder. After paying booking amount they are behind my life to complete payment without any bank loan. How can I pay them rest amount without a bank loan. NCC Urban are threatening me to cancel my unit or non refund of money. Their attitude towards clients is very rude once you make the payment. Builder promised me that slum area will be removed but now it is not possible to remove slum. I will strongly recommend not buying property with NCC Urban Builder. I don’t want others to make the same mistake like me.
