Postpaid plan not as mentioned

Name of company/service: Airtel

Hi,

Earlier I was using Airtel prepaid connection (9740933233) and I have moved to postpaid recently.

Airtel guys had called me and explained about Super saver max 2G combo and assured that I will be getting 500mb of free 2G data usage every month, but when the plan was activated I never got 2G data.

when I call customer care they say 2G data is not there in this plan, asked me to send mail to [email protected]

I have already sent 3 mails to the mail id but never heard from them.
