Lenovo faulty product and negligent service

I recently bought a smartphone Lenovo p770, through ebay. n, 27th July 2013, on my way to office i wanted to play music on the phone but the phone would not start/boot. The screen is blank, so I thought the battery might have drained. I kept if for charging thinking 10% of charge will suffice me for the day. However, the phone is not charged, the red LED is not lit when I keep it for charging. I tried removing the battery and try again, but it failed to charge or boot up.

I found the nearest Lenovo service center (Habsiguda) Hyderabad (job Sheet# 3077). Gave it to your people to check on the same day. I called them on 29th July at 040-69997744, a lady answered and asked me to call back the next day. I waited a day and called them again on 30th. This time she informed me that the board needs to be replaced and the part is not with them. It will take 8 to 10 days for the part to reach them.

Its been 10 days now and when I call thy just ask me to email the invoice copy, which I did already.

I want Lenovo to refund me or replace the faulty phone!
