Charges in bill issue

Location/place: kalamboli,navi mumbbai

Name of company/service: vodafone

I am using postpaid service of vodafone.
My vodafone no: 9664234300

I received a call from vodafone cutomer care on 26 jul’13
that no is: +911408856000

And i was communicated that we are offering you 500Mb 2G data usage free for first month and 49Rs/month thereafter. I was not told about its activation sms and anything like that.
Then I used internet for next few days and as my bill cycle is 28th every month I received a bill with 1135 Rs data usage charge as per there normal data charge.
When I enquire about these they are saying that we do not have details regarding this as such and you have used vodafone mobile connect as core service.
But i was also not told about this in that customer care call.
And as you didnt recevive any sms regarding this it was inactive at that time and the same is activated on 30th jul’13 but I didnt received any such sms regarding this either.
This clearly indicates that vodafone is lying to me.

People in vodafone store are also behaved rudly about this matter with me and didnt listen a word what i was trying to convey.

I request vodafone to revert back the charges for data from my bill of jul’13 month. And teach people of vodafone store how to behave with customers.

Also please do not make such calls which lead to such discrepancy.
