Delivery of the product is delay and not reply by Customer care

I have purchased product from Flipkart on 30 July 2013. They told me that they will deliver product to me till 02 August 2013.

Till 05 August 2013, I have not got delivery of my product.

When I have talked with Flipkart customer care representative, she is not giving me satisfied answer. When I have talked with her supper visor, she also not able to give satisfied answer to me. She told me that she is not able to track the person who is delivery to me. She told me that she will replace my product and resend new order to me and it will reached me on Wednesday.

What A Rubbish Server provided by both of company.

I need to my product status very soon and If I will not get reply in few hours, I need to go to consumer court of comprehensive and for close this both company.

Also I will not get satisfied reply in few hours with my product, I need to talk both company CEO or GM (if company have).

And also I will filed FIR again the both company in Surat today for theft me online.

I hope you will provide me satisfied answer and deliver my product today in few hours and avoid me to do all above thing.
