would like to file a complaint against “todaytravelsolutions.com”

On 17th July I got call after call from “today travel solutions” regarding holiday’s package.
After several conversation with Mr. Arjun , who is in Sales & Promotion depart of Today travel solutions.
Below I have attached his email, what he send and promised me over the phone, after that only I did the payment through my credit card (this email was just before my payment was made)

After I read this letter of Mr. Arjun, 4 days & 5 night staying, 5 years membership means no payment for 5 years, with 50 references you will get Samsung Galaxy S4. it was really tempted me to go for this holidays package for me and my family and same time mobile gift offer.
Mr. Arjun led me to some of their website pages.. which was really attractive. Website . www.todaytravelsolutions.com
I have decided in my mind to pay it trough online on that same evening. I have started to fill up their form of payment in their website. After fill up payment details, when I click on pay.. my internet connection was very slow.. it took longer time and Mr. Arjun was over the phone and asking me it was done or not.. I told him it was not done.. , he told I will be waiting ,, please do it.., when it took more time I refreshed my browser then I got error mistakes on my page, I thought that payment was not done through my ICICI credit card # 4477 4620 0002 2010, even I did not get the SMS because my massage box was full in my cell, so I did not get the message alert of payment was done through my credit card.
After error, I have communicate to Mr. Arjun that error was showing , I think payment was not done.. he convinced to share my credit card number and secreate number of it , so that he can do it behalf of me. By faith I just passed my credit card details and the secure number of it. Behalf of me, he has done the transactions, after he has done the transactions, he informed me that Sir, I think your online payment was also done and it was showing it in our system that you paid twice Rs. 9999/-. I was surprised within me. How come this type of mistakes happened?
Immediately I deleted my messages from my cell phone and I got two payments were done my credit card. I communicated Mr. Arjun about it. He promised me that we will return on payments. Instantly I called ICICI credit card customer care, they gave me both the transactions ID: 734105 & 485738, they told me that just wait for seven days and talk to merchant to return one payment back to ICICI bank. But todaytravelsolutions claimed both the amount and did not return to me the first system error payment what was unknown to me.

Next days on 18th onwards, I started to called Mr. Arjun in his cell number : 09582526911, he told me he will do it no need to worry.
Then I got their email..

Above email communicated they received only one payment, but what about the other payment.
After 19th and 20th again I started to call him, but Mr. Arjun did not pick up the phone, other were communicating me that Mr. Arjun is busy, he will call you back after 30 minutes, but never called me. When he did not pick-up the phone I called their land line number of Today travel solutions 0120 4349099, then one staff picked up and pass it to Mr. Arjun, he nicely talked with me and said sorry for the details, he promised me he will do it soon and told me please send 50 references, so that I will send Samsung Galaxy S4.
Next day I send 70 references to todaytravelsolutions. After send references they told me that nobody knows me, I communicated from my cell I have given all the names and numbers. When they were telling me nobody knows me after that I got call from friends , they were asking me about todaytravelsolutions call to them.
When I did not get any response from their side, I started to send email after email, but did not get.

Hope you got my previous email. i sent the contacts.
to day morning from “Today Travel” called me and told me that nobody knows me. little surprise.

But you know truth, right now i am receiving messages after messages and call after call from them, asking why you have given our name and mobile number.Yesterday from my cell phone i have given all these names.

if nobody knows me how come they are calling me and sending messages.

I am wonder about it. Please do not mess-up.

i have given more contact as per your needs, but still now satisfy. i am feeling that i am cheated.

Please send my second payment of Rs.9999/-, you know twice payment was made.

when i am going to receive my holidays packages.
i have doubt that in the name of gift (Samsung Galaxy S4), attract costumer.
me like people, fall easily. sorry for using this type of word.

I have called several time in your cell but did not get answer, but when i did not invested money for Today travel trip, you have called me several time and convincing me, asking credit card number to help me out.
I saw Huge differences.

i have been calling several time to speak to your cell phone and office land line, but always your staffs told me, he is busy he will call you back after 30 minutes, but neither you nor your staffs called me.
I am really sorry the way now you are dealing with me right now. Just remember the date 17th July, you have called me several time just to convince me to buy holiday package. over the phone i shared you my Credit card number and security number. if you remember very well, you have done one transaction and i have done one transaction because of my net problem.

you also said me that it will be EMI basis, you are going to claim the holidays package but directly you have claimed Rs.9999/- both the time.

more than 12 to 13 days past, but by post neither i got the holiday package nor i got the promised Samsung Galaxy S4 for this i have given 70 contacts.

I got my ICICI bank statement, it shows that you have claimed both the claims. just to check it, i have called ICICI bank, they said Merchant has claimed both the transaction.

i am really disappoint the way you and your staffs are dealing with me.

past also i wrote an email but did not get any reply.

as per our conversation over the phone, twice the payment has done on 17th July instead of one payment.
because of my system error, instead it made the transaction, which was unaware to me and second transaction you made it for me.

both the payments were received by Today Travel solution as per my icici credit card statement.
and i do agree on it.

Please help me get back my second transaction Rs.9999/- to my credit card soon, because for that i have to pay the interest to icici bank, which is unnecessary for me. you also told me that i EMI basis you will deduct the payment of Rs.9999/- holidays package. but it did not happen.

One lady called me and verified my address. till now i did not get any things.
Please, Help me to get holiday package and the Samsung Galaxy S4. what was promised by you.
Hope you will keep your promise.

“after several email and call did not get responses, on 31st evening I called again mr.Arjun, he picked us and told me I am sorry, I went out side to our parcel department to send your gifts. He told me just write a letter that “ I agreed for two payments “ , I told me that I am agree for only one payment , but did not agree for other payment, please return it back to me. He told me we will do it.

On 1st August I got an email from todaytravelsolution..

thanks for email be at last from your travel company.
i do appreciate, today i got the courier package.
i made a payment on 17th July and you are sending me on 30th July after 13 days .. surprise.
when i opened it is one todaytravel folder cover in side there is a form.
where i have to fill up client details, payments details, term & condition & declaration.

i do not know, why you send to me. where you have my details. Surprisingly i made the payment through online on 17th July. you already received my payment twice.
Term & condition says.. this is valid for 1 years, where Mr. Arjun promised 1 year and 4 year member ship will be free and we can plan for free holidays package, but nothing mention about it.
what happen to the promised gift ?? Samsung Galaxy S4..

you could have ask this details through internet..
in your website this form should be attached, so that client can file it online.

what is the purpose of sending this form through postal.

all your dealings are confused.

“till now I did not get any reply, today means 3rd August I am calling to Mr. Arjun twice , he is receiving the call and disconnecting, landline is busy.
I am going through mental frustration , which is affecting my work and family last 10 to 15 days.
I made payment twice but did not get any things.. they are talking me nice over the phone and making me fool.
Please help me, so that I will get my full money back to my account . Rs.9999 + Rs.9999 (two transaction), total 19998/-,
If it will delay, I will be charge more interests to icici bank, which will be more.., who will pay for it. Can they pay for it ??
I have filed a complaint regarding system error payment of Rs.9999/- to icici credit card department. But I am not sure that will they help me or not ?? they told me it will take 3 months.
I have two conditions :
1st . they will return extra payment Rs.9999/- , payment back to my icici credit card. Which was made twice and keep their promise as they told me. 5 years holiday membership plus Samsung Galaxy S4 over the phone and through email (Mr.Arjun)
If they are not keep it then.. 2nd option, I need whole payment Rs.19998/- back to me.
