I book order a Androed Teblate Rs. 4999/- on 24/07/2013 and the order got delivered on my address on 26/07/2013 and collect by my wife. My wife paid a sum of Rs. 4999/- to the delivery by for the order. on 27/07/2013 when i opened the package, i found many scratches on teblate screen and teblate work only single unction at a time either use Kay Board or Internet Data, but when i ordered the product we are very much clear on mobile call that Androed PC use both function at a time Key Board and Interest because we are unable to use touch screen and your marketing agent confirm both the functions are work at a time Key Board and Internet Data Card. So I registered my complain on your customer care no. immediately on 27/07/2013 and your Employee again confirm that Androed teblate work both function at time but due to single USB slot provide in teblat both function not work at a time please you purchase a malty USB connector from market approx cost 100/- to 200/- and after that you are work both function at a time and on part of complain of screen scratches resolution provide in next 2 days,
I purchase a malty USB connector from market and try to use but due to very thin USB slot provide in Teblate it was not worked and I again call on your Customer care and explain my problem and your marketing agent provide Androed service center phone number and I call on that Androed Service Center number they told me both function never work at a time on Androed Teblate even after use malty USB connector.
I again call on your customer care number on 30/07/2013 for solution of my problem and your agent again ask time for resolution, I regular followup with your customer care agent I expend Rs. 300/- to 400/- on phone call for finding some resolution of my problem but single call not received from your side on my complain. I again call your customer care number on 01/08/2013 your agent phone cut from your side without giving any resolution many time and Mr. Neeraj Nischay your customer care caller agent took my phone and hold my phone a long time and cut my phone call without giving any responce. I again Call your customer care number through my professional friend Advocate Ashok Anand he is dealing consumer Court and Telemarketing case and discussed with Mr. Subrat Ray your higher officer and Mr. Ray provide this e-mail ID for registering my complain, I required copy of my phone call recordings all ordered booking to till date as assure by My Roy and Mr. Roy ask four working days i.e. 07/08/2013 for resolution on my both problem Both function not work at a time and screen scratches.
