Wrong deduction of money and harassing the customer

Location/place: Bangalore

Name of company/service: Reliance GSM

I had my GPRS pack but still these people cut my main balance for net. I gave a complaint on 28th morning so they said not to use my net for next 24 hours till the problem is solved n money is returned. on 29 night I received an SMS saying that my resuest has been resolved and i receive the 28 rs balance abd start surfing net. Soon my net stops working and i got to know that all my balance of about 80-90 rs has become nil. I complained again they said the net problem wasnt resolved but just the money was refunded and asked me not to use net till 48 hrs so that the provlem is resolved. I waited about 72 hours and then the net problem was solved but no money was refunded. I am trying to call them but it says I dont have the access. This company has done this kind of shit many times before also. I really want to sue them for consumer harassment.
