Respected Sir,
I would like to file a complain against two of the staff members of Megha Bajaj (Sitapur Road, plot no. 293, Near Naveen galla mandi, Lucknow). The names of Concerned persons are Mr. R.C. Sinha & Mr. Hansraj Rana. I bought a bike Bajaj Pulsar 180CC from Megha Bajaj (Sitapur Road, plot no. 293, Near Naveen galla mandi, Lucknow) on 09th November 2012 . I was completely unsatisfied with their 2nd Free Service on date 12th may 2013 . When i asked them to look after the problems I had after the Service, they just told me that these are the problems which are very common.The Engine oil they filled was not sealed pack, the worker take the oil out from a container & gave the reason that there is shortage of Bajaj’s Engine oil thats why we are filling this oil. The price they charged for the Engine oil was less than the genuine Bajaj’s oil. I also wanted to increase the pick up of my bike but the workers there gave wrong information regarding the results in average. Hence, the problem remain unsolved. On 2nd August when I went there for my 3rd free service at 10A.M in the morning, Mr. R.C Sinha told me to come at 2P.M, then he will arrange the servicing & hand over the serviced bike to me at maximum around 4P.M. When I reach there at 1.45P.M, Mr. Hans Raj Rana behaved very rude & kept on shouting on me that your bike won’t be serviced today, You should’ve came earlier. When i told him that Mr. R.C Sinha asked me to come at 2P.M, he refused to agree. When I asked Mr. R.C Sinha about the same concern, even he lied that I never said that i will complete the servicing of your bike at 4P.M. My Bike remain unserviced. So, according to me the staff of Megha Bajaj (Sitapur Road, plot no. 293, Near Naveen galla mandi, Lucknow) is conveying the wrong information & is completely disloyal towards their customers.
So I sincerely ask you to take quick action against these people as they are misguiding & mistreating their customers.
