not repairing AC under warranty

Dear Sir,

I have purchased Samsung window A/C on 1st may 2010 under 5 year complete a/c compressor guarantee. On 7th June 2013, i registered a complaint with customer care complaint number – 8453533967. i was told by customer care to wait and the Engg. visit will be done in next 24 hours to rectify the problem. After repeated follow up on 12th, 14th, 16th, 17th 18th may 2013 – no one turned up. I called On 19th june 2013 and they sent a engg on 21st june 2013. The Enggineer told that your A/C compressor is faulty and will be replaced free as it is under guarantee. On 22nd june, i got the info from Global Engineering ( Mr Pardeep ), Greater Noida , that you have to pay INR 8500/- towards replacement of compressor.I denied to Mr Pardeep for paying replacement charges but he started mishaving with me and also told that i will throw away your A/C in front of your home.
After this incident i registered this misbehaving incident with customer care.

My all product details are registered with SAMSUNG.
