Unnecessary Bill Amount

Location/place: Mayur Vihar Phase 1

Name of company/service: Reliance

I have a postpaid connection of Reliance Telecommunication. When I was purchasing my current postpaid plan Customer care executive of Reliance had told me that you have 50 MB data usage free with this plan. I have been using data usage without knowing that Reliance has made some further amendment in this plan. 50 MB data is no longer free. Reliance has not communicated this changes to me. They have charged me for the same.
I’m highly disappointing with the unnecessary bill amount and customer service, which caused me to mental stress.

    My name is Vedamuthu , using tata docomo post paid. mobile number is 7418030301. I have been received post pay bill for the period from 10.05.13 to 09.06.13 for a sum of Rs. 1738/- by using the GPRS data usage charges. But I have not used the GPRS. I have shocked when received this bill. I have contacted tata docomo customer care center. But their reply is not satisfied. My monthly rental plan is Rs.99/- and dynamic credit limit is Rs. 800/- How to allow the huge amount of Rs. 1738/- by usage of GPRS data service. In this regard I’m highly disappointing with the unnecessary bill amount and customer service, which caused me to mental stress Hence take necessary action against erred personnel and and cancel the bill amount of Rs. 1738/- immediately. Failing I have moved to court of law
